-Refunds approved after review will be processed into the client's AY Exclusive wallet account, allowing the credited amount to be used conveniently for future purchases or services with AY Exclusive.
-Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the stage of production and the internal review required to assess materials, labour, and work already completed.
-AY Exclusive always aims to complete the project for the client whenever possible. In many situations where the project has already reached an advanced stage, completing the installation may be the most practical and beneficial solution for both parties.
