We aim to represent colours and materials as accurately as possible through our renderings and photos. However, lighting conditions and screen settings may cause slight variations. Material samples are sent for better clarification before production.
Yes. Orders can be canceled before production or shipment begins. Cancellation fees will apply depending on stage of order. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy.
Delivery is free for most projects across Mauritius. Certain items or locations may require additional delivery or installation charges, which will be specified in your quotation.
Yes. Most custom furniture projects include professional installation and assembly by our team. Certain ready-to-assemble items may include an assembly guide for self-installation.
Most projects are completed within approximately 2 weeks, depending on project size, material availability, and scheduling. Estimated delivery timelines are confirmed before production begins.
Yes. Selected products and custom installations include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
Once your order is completed, your invoice warranty will appear under user dashboard. You can claim warranty support directly from your user dashboard. Attach pictures and description. our team will get in touch with you ASAP.
Please notify us as soon as possible after delivery with supporting photos so our team can review and assist accordingly.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, moisture exposure, unauthorized modifications, third party hardwares or improper maintenance. Please see our warranty policy.
Custom-made furniture and personalized projects are generally non-returnable once production has started.
You can pay for your exclusive product via bank transfer, juice or means as specified on the invoice or payment gateway.
