A quotation starts with space dimensions. You have two options:

Option 1: Send Dimensions

Measure and send us the following information:

• Width, Height, Depth of the space
• Ceiling height
• Wall-to-wall measurements
• Any obstructions (doors, windows, columns)

How to measure:

• Use a measuring tape for accuracy
• Measure in centimeters or meters
• Take multiple measurements at different points
• Note any irregularities in the space
• Include photos if possible

Option 2: Request a Site Visit

Let our team come to your location to take accurate measurements and discuss your needs.

Share your vision with us by sending reference images or describing your desired furniture concept.

Purpose: This helps our designers understand your preferred style, materials, and functional requirements.

You can submit your design concept through:

• Request Custom Furniture form (for general furniture)
• Kitchen Shop (for kitchen furniture specifically)

Your quotation will appear in the "Quotation" tab in your User Dashboard.

You will receive notifications via:

• Email - Detailed quotation sent to your registered email
• WhatsApp - Direct communication about next steps

What you can do:

• Review the quotation details and pricing
• Request adjustments if needed
• View generated design in the "Design Preview" tab

Quotation options:

• Approve - Accept the quotation
• Reject - Decline the quotation

Once you approve the quotation, an invoice will be generated automatically.

The invoice includes:

• Reservation cost - Initial payment to secure your order
• Delivery date - Expected delivery timeline
• Terms & Conditions - Important terms of service
• Company bank account details - For payment transfer

A pre-delivery site visit will be conducted 2 weeks before delivery.

Who performs the visit:

• Head of workshop, or
• Assigned designer

Purpose of the visit:

• Take final, full dimensions to ensure accuracy
• Confirm production feasibility based on site conditions
• Address any last-minute questions or concerns

The production drawing will be available in your dashboard under the "Production Drawing" tab.

The drawing contains:

• Final dimensions - Exact measurements for production
• Materials to be used - Specific materials and finishes
• Design specifications - Detailed construction details

⚠️ Important: Client approval is required before production begins.

Adjustment rules:

• Design adjustments: Allowed if within quotation range
• Colour adjustments: Allowed until 2 weeks before delivery
• Material type changes: Cannot change after reservation (cost implications explained)

Small material samples will be sent to you for review.

Purpose: Confirm the following before production begins:

• Colour - Ensure it matches your expectations
• Texture - Feel and surface quality
• Finish - Final appearance and shine level

This step ensures you are completely satisfied with your material choices before production begins.

Delivery duration: 2–3 days, depending on furniture size.

Production process:

• Furniture is produced in our workshop
• Then assembled on-site at your location

On-site process includes:

• Installation - Professional assembly
• Polishing - Final surface finishing
• Final touch-ups - Quality checks and adjustments
