Your product can be resold and registration of it will be updated. The new owner needs to have an account with us then leave us a mail requesting for change of ownership. We shall ask few questions to authenticate it is the original product from AY exclusive and we shall update product page and access.

Our products are well detailed in terms of materials, dimensions and functionality. Please ask us what more details you need on a product before you place your order. Order can be canceled and money refunded into your wallet before order is marked as delivery in progress. Once order is marked as delivery in progress, and we receive a mail to cancel such order, even though delivery is free, we will deduct delivery fees from the total sum for inconveniency and the balance shall be refunded into your wallet. once order is marked as delivered, it is sealed, order is not refundable.

Products are to be checked well and good within 24 hours after delivery. If any product is reported to be defected within 24 hours, AY exclusive will take full responsibility of retrieval and delivery of another of our exclusive product.

We do not accept payment on delivery for few reasons

• Our receipt and orders are done on our website, electronic generated and recorded
• Our platform policy is based on payment through your wallet. It helps us maintain order and record of sales
• Products are registered before delivery
